Ahhh… a wedding in the land of Shakespeare. This was always going to be a good one and Kate & Sam didn’t let us down.
Their engagement shoot was so much fun I couldn’t wait to spend their wedding day with them. I brought along Chris Barber as 2nd shooter and we were both made to feel completely welcome by everyone.
The day began at the couple’s home which is a stone’s throw from Holy Trinity Church where the ceremony was to be held. The same church where William Shakespeare’s grave can be found no less!
The gardens by the river made a great spot for the big group shot…
And then we stole the couple away for a few portraits…
The reception was held in the grandiose setting of Stratford Town Hall.
Kate looked amazing eh? 🙂
RINGS!
Time for some great speeches..
Kate’s mom is a long-standing cast member of “the world’s longest running radio soap”, The Archers.
And Kate wins the award for best rhyming bride’s speech of all time. Genius!
Some late night photos in the Bard‘s home town…
Another great couple who made their wedding unique, fun and a pleasure to be a part of. Thanks for having us guys 🙂
