Recently I was voted Best UK Wedding Photographer by the readers of Perfect Wedding magazine. It’s always great to win awards but when the voting is done by the readers it’s particularly humbling.

Since 2007 I’ve shot over 300 weddings across the UK and still shoot a high percentage of my weddings there. Despite shooting so many destination weddings, you just can’t beat a great British wedding in some amazing venue with a crowd of people ready for a party.

I’ve shot at incredible historic venues such as Orchardleigh House and Warwick Castle as well as cool, rustic wedding venues like Cripps Barn or Shustoke Farm Barns. I’ve shot backyard weddings and elopements. Asian, Jewish, Italian, Greek, Humanist, Same-Sex… They’re all a blast!

After the wedding and all the fun is over, you’re left with your memories and your photos. My husband and I still say that Steve was by far the best money we spent on our wedding.
