Is it any wonder I love my job so much when we get to shoot weddings like Katie & Robbie’s?!
They chose a gloriously sunny Saturday in June to get hitched and their wedding could not have been more fun. Great weather, lovely guests, a gorgeous venue and a rockin’ band. Not to mention the supercool VW Bug and that bus!
They had a Fun Booth in the evening which got pretty crazy too. I’ll save those photos for another day 🙂
But most of all, the thing that made this wedding so great was the couple themselves. I’d be more than happy just hanging out with them in the pub. Maybe we’ll do that one day. Katie & Robbie made our job easy. Originally they were considering getting married at Polhawn Fort in Cornwall… the venue where we got married! They changed their mind, opting for somewhere closer to home but we knew they had great taste from day one and their wedding just proved the point.
My 2nd shooter on the day was the lovely Tori Deslauriers.
* I’m still trying, and failing, to cut down the amount of images I blog from weddings… Must try harder!
