I’ve been considering a tattoo for a long time.
I left myself a lot of time to change my mind. That never happened. So, finally, earlier this year I took the plunge and committed to having a piece on my arm. There was only one man for the job…. Matt Hunt at Modern Body Art.
Matt has been a good friend of mine for a long, long time. I totally trusted him to come up with something that he thought would suit me, but I also wanted him to do something that he’d be proud of, so we threw a few ideas around and then I left him to do what he’s best at.
Over a few months, 23 hours in total, Matt worked his magic and the results are here for your viewing pleasure.
The short video below documents the whole process. Take a look….
Massive thanks to Matt for the amazing piece of art now adorning my arm. I love it. Check out Matt’s blog for much more of his work.

Testing…
So cool seeing the development – but I gotta say it is strange seeing the before photo now. Hehe. Can’t wait to get my sleeve finished. x
It looked ace with no colour, but it looks jaw-dropping now. Well done guys! :o)
I would consider a tattoo myself, if only the two pieces of string with knots on the end of them that I call my arms were bigger!
Oh well…
Wow, love it. My tattoos started off small but keep getting bigger each time I get a new one! My favourite is my biggest that’s on my thigh. Love good tattoos and your sleeve is stunning! 🙂
