Georgie & Chris – A Wedding at Porthilly Farm, Rock, Cornwall

2014-07-04_0040

I’ve been looking forward to blogging this one!

Georgie & Chris invited us down to Cornwall last summer to shoot their wedding and, as someone who also got married down there, I was more than happy to accept.

We turned down quite a few weddings for the same date after they’d booked us too but I know we booked the right wedding for us. These guys are such a cool couple and their wedding rocked!

The ceremony was at the cutest church you can imagine and they then headed to a marquee on the cliff top overlooking the water at Porthilly Farm near Rock.

Thanks a lot to Anna Clarke for 2nd shooting this one with me….

  1. W-OW! What an amazing wedding. And the flowers are incredible – love all the colours. Loads of great shots (possibly best confetti shot ever) – that was definitely the right wedding to book on that date!!! 🙂

  2. Nice work as ever – beautiful location, particularly love the pirate bar – absolute classic. Subtle toning too. I’m seeing a lot of very overly antiqued pictures crop up right now, some just look odd. You grade with a lot more thought. Best, Neale

  3. some stunning work, love the day shots where you have lit the couple and captured the sky you must be throwing a lot of wattage at them but soooo worth it for the results, beautiful work.

  4. My wife stumbled upon a brilliant website yesterday for a Cornish wedding photographer. His photographs are very unusual; artistic, considered and carefully produced. You can tell he takes time and effort getting them right, but they don’t look staged.
