Built in the 1920s as a private residence the Grade II listed, magnificent Georgian fronted country house was never actually home to an Eaves family member.
Fast-forward almost a century and Eaves Hall has once again become a labour of love as the most recent addition to the James’ Places group.
Having been sympathetically restored to its former glory, Eaves Hall is a very popular wedding venue and it’s easy to see why.

Eaves Hall Country Hotel is a wedding venue in West Bradford, Lancashire, England. This fine country hotel is one of the great jewels of the North West. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley, this picturesque Georgian-style country house is set amidst 13 acres of lush, beautifully manicured gardens and grounds. The house is approached via a stunning tree-lined driveway. Inside, visitors will note the many stylish rooms, all of which have been lovingly updated in order to showcase and highlight the building’s unique character. The combination of splendid original features and fresh, modern updates makes Eaves Hall a charming, cozy setting in which to begin the next chapter of your love story.

Facilities and Capacity

Eaves Hall Country Hotel is licensed for civil ceremonies, and its choice of beautiful event spaces makes it a perfect setting for intimate ceremonies and larger, more extravagant celebrations. The grand staircase and the exquisite fireplace are the delights of couples and photographers alike, and Eaves Hall’s many rooms are no less impressive. The magnificent Ballroom has space for up to 60 guests; larger wedding parties of up to 120 people can be accommodated in the Dining Room. Alternatively, you can opt to take your celebration outdoors; the picturesque Veranda and Pavilion areas are as picturesque as they are spacious. Altogether, Eaves Hall can accommodate up to 120 guests for a wedding reception and up to an extra 130 guests for an evening reception. The hotel also has 30 bedrooms for overnight guests. You and your loved ones can relax in comfort and style and then awake refreshed and ready to greet the new day.

Services Offered

Eaves Hall Country Hotel is available for exclusive use. In-house catering is provided, and you can select from a range of delicious seated and buffet meal options. The venue has an alcohol license, and a corkage option is available. Eaves Hall also has DJ facilities and facilities for live entertainment. Confetti and outdoor fireworks are permitted; pets are also welcome. The venue’s dedicated and experienced wedding coordinators will be available to provide guidance and assistance and answer any questions you may have.

I’m a wedding photographer from Chester in England living with my wife, Evelyne and our three boys, Elliott, Isaac and Jonas! Evelyne and I met in the Alps in 2003 when Evelyne thought she was a cool snowboarder and I thought I was a superstar DJ. We got married in 2007 in Cornwall.

I photographed my first wedding in 2006 and have now shot almost 500 weddings, mostly in Canada & the UK, but I absolutely love travelling anywhere in the world. I enjoyed it when I started but love my job now more than ever.
