“What a talent you are! Thank you, so so much they are amazing.
I love your use of colour, and how you have captured emotion and personality of people so well.
There is a perfect balance of emotion and comedy! Also love the journey the photos take you on.
Can not thank you enough! We will treasure these photos forever.
Whenever we need a photographer in the future, we will be certainly calling you!” – Holly & Ollie
Holly & Ollie’s wedding was truly a day to remember. From the stunning wedding venue that is Haremere Hall (apparently Winston Churchill used to escape there) to the beautiful details and major party tunage.
The weather was typically British, from thunder and lightning as Holly left for the church to gorgeous sunshine for most of the afternoon.
But mostly, as always, this wedding was made truly brilliant by the people. There was plenty of love in the room that day….
If you’re planning a wedding at Haremere Hall, I’d love to hear from you so please get in touch.
Many thanks to the lovely Kari Bellamy for assisting me on this one.
The space
Extensive grounds with commanding south-facing views of East Sussex countryside, combined with handsome Jacobean architecture, give you a feeling of old-style grandeur. There are many local Country Walks, a wide choice of eating places including quaint local pubs, interesting local places of interest including Battle Abbey, Sissinghurst Castle, Bodiam Castle, Churchill’s home Chartwell and Rudyard Kipling’s home Batemans. The seaside is a few miles away, as is the Kent & East Sussex Railway which operates steam trains much of the year.
Of considerable advantage is the mainline railway station, which is under half a mile from Haremere Hall and has regular services to London, of approximately 1hr and 25mins journey time.
Guest access
The accommodation is entirely in the Main House, there is a private wing for family and staff use. This does not interfere with the letting side of the house and generally, there is only the Caretaker in residence.
The property does have 2 extra rooms with bathrooms in this family area that can accommodate 4 more guests. These are charged at an additional rate. If required please request at the time of booking.
An extra very large reception room is currently under restoration and should be available from the beginning of April; photos of it will appear on this site when the work is completed.
Arrival dates are Monday to Friday.
There is a coded entrance gate to the Estate, and the number is provided to guests who are fully booked.
Other things to note
The property can be made available by separate arrangement to be used for Wedding Receptions.
